Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same process as returns, and clearly indicate the item you’d like to exchange for in your email.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and quality of our specialized fly fishing products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fly Tying Materials & Kits: Due to hygiene and customization concerns
- Flys: Hand-tied and prepared for specific fishing conditions
- Fly Line: Once removed from packaging and used
- Tools: Personal use items that cannot be resold

Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Shipping Costs
